SUBJECT: TRANSFER OF POWERS TO APPROVE OFF-MARKET TRANSACTIONS TO THE BOTSWANA STOCK EXCHANGE LIMITED
1 . The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) informs all of you, the affected Non-Bank Financial Institutions, to submit off-market transactions directly to Botswana Stock Exchange Limited (BSEL) for processing and approval, effective May 1, 2021.
2. BSEL has being informed of the new development.
