The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority in Botswana wishes to invite proposals from reputable companies for the below listed tender.

TENDER FOR THE REVIEW OF THE 2016 - 2021 STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY
The Tender documents can be obtained from 6th March 2017 between 08:00 and 1700 during week days for a non-refundable fee of P250.00 (two hundred and fifty pula only), which is to be deposited into the bank account stated below:

Closing Date: Tenders must be hand delivered to the above address not later than 12:00 hours on 24th March 2017, being the closing date.
Tender Opening: Tenders received by closing date and time indicated above shall be opened immediately after tender closure at the NBFIRA Boardroom on 24th March 2017, in the presence of bidders wishing to attend.
Tenders received after the above mentioned date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Furthermore, telephonic, facsimile or electronic mail submissions will also not be considered.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing, NBFIRA is not bound to accept the lowest or highest tender. The Authority reserves the right neither to proceed with the tender nor to give reasons for its decision. All clarifications or queries, which must be in writing, concerning this tender must be addressed to:
