SUPPLIER PAYMENT SYSTEM NOTICE
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) is migrating from the legacy system to an ERP System effective from April 1st 2016. This will result in the shut-down of the system for almost three weeks which may affect supplier payments.
Our valued suppliers are therefore requested to forward their outstanding invoices and supplier statements to tbome@nbfira.org.bw and kthabologo@nbfira.org.bw before end of day on the 30th March 2016, to facilitate for processing of payments before the closure period.
Suppliers are also requested to provide with their full banking details if the Regulatory Authority have never paid them with an electronic funds transfer system.
We regret for any inconvenience that might be experienced by our suppliers.
