SUPERVISORY LEVIES AND LICENSING FEES’ NOTICE

NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs all regulated entities that the Supervisory Levies and Licencing Fees Regulations, 2016 (The Statutory Instrument No. 34 of 2016) was published on Government Gazette Vol. LIV, NO.16 dated 18^th March 2016 through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.                   

The Statutory Instrument No. 34 of 2016, therefore forms the basis for charging supervisory levies and licensing fees for April 2016 and October 2016.
