REAL CLASS (PTY) LTD T/A SENTINEL WEALTH GROUP
- Members of the public are informed that Real Class (Pty) Ltd t/a Sentinel Wealth Group (Real Class), is no longer licensed to operate as an Investment Advisor following the expiry of its licence on April 23, 2022. As a result, Real Class is no longer under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA.
- Real Class is, therefore, prohibited from offering investment advisory services including the on-boarding of new clients, with respect to activities falling under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA
- Accordingly, Real Class should transfer all its clients to an NBFIRA licensed Investment Advisor, to be agreed upon by the clients and Real Class.
