Public Tender Notice

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) wishes to invite service providers [Preference will be given to bidders as per statutory Instrument no 23 of 2020.]  to submit proposals for the below listed tender:

TENDER FOR:

Provision of internet services and domain hosting for the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority                                                              

The tenders open on 6 MAY  2021 at 08:30 HRS and closes on 4 JUNE 2021 at 12:00 Hrs. 

The documents will be emailed to the potential bidder between 08:30am and 16:30pm during weekdays for a non-refundable fee of P500 (FIVE HUNDRED PULA), which is to be deposited to the NBFIRA Bank Account. Account Details are stated below:

Proof of payment will be required, for issuing the tender documents and should be sent to: procurement@nbfira.org.bw.

The closing time for the tender offers shall not be later than 12:00 Hrs on 4 JUNE 2021.

As a way of observing COVID-19 protocols, there shall be no bidders allowed to attend the tender opening. The tender opening results will be shared with the bidder through email.
