PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA), also known as the Regulatory Authority, wishes to invite proposals from companies for the below listed tender:

TENDER NO: NBFIRA 011/2021

TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (NBFIRA) FOR THREE YEARS (2021 – 2024)

The tender opens on November 9, 2020 at 08:00 Hrs. and closes on December 7, 2020 at 12:00 Hrs. 

Tender documents will be sent to bidders via email between 08:30am and 16:30pm during week days for a non-refundable fee of P250.00 (two hundred and fifty pula only), which is to be deposited to the NBFIRA Bank Account. Account Details are stated below:

Proof of payment will be required for issuing the tender documents and should be sent to: procurement@nbfira.org.bw.

The closing time for tender offers shall not be later than 12:00 Hrs on Monday December 7, 2020.

As a way of observing covid-19 protocols, there shall be NO site visits and NO bidders will be allowed to attend the tender opening. Any further information relating to this tender should be directed to the Tender Committee Secretary who may be contacted on procurement@nbfira.org.bw
