Public Notice-Yellow Card Botswana (Pty) Ltd’s Licence to Operate As a Virtual Asset Service Provider

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs members of the public that Yellow Card Botswana (Pty) Ltd has been granted a licence to operate as a Virtual Asset Service Provider in accordance with Section 11 of the Virtual Asset Act, 2022.
