The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs the public that Manual Workers Union Benefit Scheme (Pty) Ltd is not licensed to operate as a micro-lender as required by Section 42(1) of the NBFIRA Act.  The public is advised not to transact any micro lending business with Manual Workers Union Benefit Scheme (Pty) Ltd.
