Public Notice: Phone Lines Temporarily Out of Order

The Regulatory Authority informs valued stakeholders that it’s phone lines are temporarily out of order due to technical difficulties beyond its control. Stakeholders who wish to contact the Authority are advised to do so through email (info@nbfira.org.bw), social media platforms or in person.

Stakeholders will be informed when phone services are restored.

The Authority apologises for any inconvenience caused.
