Public Notice - illegal Activities By Sedline Investments

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs the public that Sedline Investments is not licensed to operate as a Non-Bank Financial Institution as required by Section 3(1) of the Securities Act, 2014, nor has it been granted any dispensation to operate in Botswana by NBFIRA.

Information received by NBFIRA is that Sedline Investments has approached some members of the public offering Forex Trading and Investments.

Members of the public are, therefore, advised that transacting any business with Sedline Investments will be at their own risk. The public is further advised to exercise due diligence before making any investment with any Non-Bank Financial Institution at all times.
