PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE HIGH COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BOTSWANA SYMPHONY HEALTH TRUST IN CURATORSHIP NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Court Order of the 21st December 2017 before the Honorable Justice G.O. Radijeng of the High Court, the Special General Meeting of Beneficiaries (Members) will be held at Tlotlo Hotel and Conference, Plot 11683, End of Block 5, Gaborone on Monday 19th February 2018 at 0900 hours for the following purpose:

a) To inform the beneficiaries of the status of the Symphony Health Trust as well as any other matter(s) which may, in the view of the Curator, be necessary including:

I. the position of solvency of Symphony Health Trust and its viability as a going concern; and

II. decide on solutions to be implemented.
