Public Notice - Confirmed Covid-19 Case at NBFIRA
The Authority informs its valued stakeholders and members of the public that it has recorded a positive COVID-19 incident among its staff members. Contract tracing is ongoing and the Authority is closely working with the Ministry of Health and Wellness to ensure the safety of its staff members.
We wish the concerned staff member a speedy recovery.
In light of this development, the Authority’s premises will be closed for disinfection on 8th and 9th October 2020 and all its staff will be working from home for these two days.
We encourage our stakeholders to use digital communication platforms for assistance:
- Enquiries: All enquiries to be submitted electronically through info@nbfira.org.bw.
- Technical (IT) Support: Entities who encounter technical challenges in accessing or using the RBSS are requested to email helpdesk@nbfira.org.bw.
The Authority will keep stakeholders and the public informed of any further developments and encourages the public to practice precautionary measures as prescribed by health officials.
