NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2nd Special General Meeting of Beneficiaries (Members) will be held at Maharaja Restaurant and Conference Centre, Plot 17993, Legolo Road, Gaborone on Thursday, 22 March 2018 at 0900 hours for the following purposes;
- To inform the beneficiaries of the status of Symphony Health Trust’s Amalgamation/Transfer of assets and liabilities process as well as any other matter(s) which may, in the view of the Curator, be necessary; and
- Approval of recommended Offer (Proposal) in respect of Expressions of Interest received – Acquisition and Administration of Symphony Health Trust.
