The documents may be obtained between 08:30am and 16:30pm during weekdays for a non- refundable fee of P500.00 (five hundred pula only) and Youth companies shall purchase the ITT at 50% of the fee as per presidential Directive CAB 14 (B)/2015, which is to be deposited to the NBFIRA Bank Account. Proof of payment will be required, for issuing the tender Documents.

The closing time for tender offers shall not be later than 12:00 Hrs on 09 July 2021 and the Tender opening shall be carried out immediately after closing. As a way of observing COVID-19 protocols, there shall be no bidders allowed to attend the tender opening. The tender opening results will be shared with the bidders through email.
