INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR NBFIRA STAFF GROUP FUNERAL SCHEME, GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE AND NBFIRA ASSETS COVER FOR FIVE YEARS (2021 – 2026)
Tenders are invited from experienced companies registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) for Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services for NBFIRA Staff Group Funeral Scheme, Group Life Assurance and NBFIRA Assets Cover for a period of five years. (PPADB CODE 127 – SUB CODES 03,04,06 and 07).
Tender Documents: Tender documents will be emailed to prospective bidders upon receipt of proof of payment of the administration fee of P250.00 by the bidder starting from 4th May 2021, between 08:00 and 17:00.

Closing Date: Tenders must be hand delivered to the above address not later than 12:00 hours on 3rd June 2021 being the closing date.
Tender Opening: Tenders received by the closing date and time indicated above shall be opened at 12:00 hours or immediately afterwards at the NBFIRA Meeting room on 3rd June 2021. In compliance of covid-19 regulations bidders will not be permitted to attend the opening, however the Financials will be shared with all bidders through email.
Tenders received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. Furthermore, telephonic, telex, facsimile or electronic mail submissions will also not be considered.
The Regulatory Authority shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the bidders in the preparation of their proposals.
