Public Notice - Moitiri Capital (Pty) Ltd

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) would like to inform members of the public that Moitiri Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Moitiri”) is no longer a regulated entity.

Consequently, Moitiri will no longer be permitted to provide services of a Finance and Leasing company to the general public, save for finalising deals that were already in hand at the time of issuing this notice.
