Review of the NBFIRA ACT 2016 – Call for Submission of Comments
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) wishes to inform non-bank financial institutions and the public in general to submit comments on the draft annual estimates and proposed supervisory levies and licensing fees for the financial year ending 31st March 2022.
The draft annual estimates and proposed supervisory levies for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 can be found on HERE.
All submissions and comments should be submitted to kkemokgatla@nbfira.org.bw and dmakepe@nbfira.org.bw no later than 16th December 2020.
