PUBLIC NOTICE

 ARMITIS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) would like to inform members of the public that it has taken a decision to cancel Armitis Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Armitis”)’s license.

Please note that the effect of the cancellation is that Armitis is no longer permitted to carry on insurance agency business or any other insurance business.

Existing clients of Armitis are advised to deal directly with their insurers.  Should you need further information please contact 3686100 or 3102595.
