Public Notice - Prime Employee Benefits (Pty) Ltd

1. The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs members of the public that PRIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (PTY) LTD (“Prime”) has been placed under temporary closure in terms of Section 57 of the NBFIRA Act 2016.

2. In consequence of the temporary closure, Prime is not permitted to transact with or provide financing business to members of the public whilst the closure subsists.
