EXPRESSION OF INTEREST –EOI 001/2018-19 INCLUSION IN NON BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (NBFIRA) SUPPLIER DATABASE

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority requires suppliers capable and willing to be registered in their database to collect the registration form from the NBFIRA Office. The database will be used for two (2) years and only registered suppliers will be used for Micro procurement. NBFIRA requires suppliers dealing in services or products as listed below;  

  1. Travel (air and or road)
  2. Accommodation & Conferencing
  3. Rental service (Motor vehicles)
  4. Events Management & Catering
  5. Stationery Supplies(Stationery & Print media (Publications))
  6. Fire services
  7. Messengerial services
  8. Office maintenance and minor works

Applicants should submit the following:

  • Company profile with company’s physical address, contacts & bank details.
  • List of shareholders showing nationality and percentage shareholding of each 
  • 3 references of previous or current engagements
  • Certified copy of PPADB code certificate
  • Certified copy of company registration
  • Certified copy of trading license
  • Copy of tax clearance certificate
  • Contact details of authorized company representative(s).

Collection of the Supplier Registration form starts from Friday 27th July 2018. Submission of the completed registration form with attachments should be hand delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 hours 20th August 2018.

  1. Responding to this invitation does not mean an automatic registration with NBFIRA.
  2. All applications must be labelled the category applied for, suppliers may be considered to provide maximum of two services.
  3. Service providers who have previously been engaged by NBFIRA are also required to register accordingly.
  4. Youth and people with disability are encouraged to register.
