BONA LIFE (PTY) LTD
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) informs the public that it is aware that Bona Life (Pty) Ltd (Bona Life) has taken the decision to close and cease trading, effective 4th July 2018, due to governance issues related to composition of the Bona Life Board.
NBFIRA is actively looking into the matter to ensure that interests of policyholders, annuitants and other stakeholders remain guarded and the public will be notified further in due course.
