1.    The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs     members of the public that BEE BILLIONAIRES MOTSHELO is not regulated nor         licensed by NBFIRA.

2.    Please contact NBFIRA ON 310 2595 OR 368 6100 to ascertain the legitimacy of any institution that markets itself as a Non-Bank Financial Institution prior to making any investment decisions.

B.   PYRAMID AND/OR PONZI SCHEMES

3.    The public is further warned that structures resembling pyramid schemes and/or Ponzi schemes are not legal, and always collapse, leading to loss by the so called “investing clients”. The public is advised to exercise due diligence before making investment decisions with schemes of that nature.

4.    As the saying goes, if it appears too good to be true, then it is too good to be true.
