NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION REPORT FOR THE MOCHUDI RESOURCE CENTER FOR THE BLIND STAFF PENSION FUND
PENSION AND PROVIDENT FUNDS ACT

In accordance with section 10 (2) (g) of the Pension and Provident Funds Act, the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) notifies interested persons that the liquidation Report for Mochudi Resource Center for the Blind Staff Pension Fund has been completed by the liquidator, and shall lie open for inspection at the Offices of Alexander Forbes Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, Independence Place, Plot 203, Independence Avenue, Gaborone as from December 12, 2016 to January 30, 2017, during business hours.
Any interested person, who has any objection to the method of distribution of the assets of Mochudi Resource Center for the Blind Staff Pension Fund, as recommended by the liquidator in the said liquidation Report, may lodge his or her objection in writing with the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) no later than January 30, 2017.
