Lesotho Delegation Visits NBFIRA
The delegates from the Private Sector Development Department in the Ministry of Finance of Lesotho visited the Authority on the 19th October 2016 .The purpose of the visit was to gain insight on our practices in the ownership and exercise of oversight over public enterprises and other related matters of interest.
The Lesotho delegates believed that NBFIRA as a reputable authority in the SADC region, is in a position to share insights in corporate strategy formulation and adoption of corporate governance best practices, including preparation and signing of shareholder compacts. This gesture alone is a clear sign of appreciation to the authority in the SADC region.
