Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (‘NBFIRA’)s mandate is to regulate and enforce compliance within the NBFI sector in order to safeguard the stability, fairness and efficiency of the non-bank financial sector.

The Authority’s regulatory portfolio encompasses a wide variety of industries including Insurance, Capital Markets, Retirement Funds Micro-Lenders, Collective Investment Undertakings (CIUs), Asset Managers, Investment Advisors, and Custodians (among others).
