Public Notice - Acute Asset Management (Pty) Ltd

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) would like to inform members of the public that it has cancelled Acute Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (Acute)’s licence to operate as an Asset Manager.

The effect of this cancellation is that Acute is prohibited from offering asset management services, including the on-boarding of new clients with respect to activities falling under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA.
