In accordance with the provisions of section 90 of the Insurance Industry Act, 2015, notice is hereby given that the following company has been acquired by Quality Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Chartered Insurance Brokers:

Luxiant Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Exclusive Insurance Solutions

As a result of the acquisition, clients formerly associated with Luxiant Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Exclusive Insurance Solutions, are now clients of Quality Services (Pty) Ltd t/a Chartered Insurance Brokers.
