The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) would like to inform members of the public that it has temporarily suspended LCM Capital PLC (Pty) Ltd (LCM)’s licence to operate as an Asset Manager pending fulfilment of some licence conditions.

The effect of this suspension is that LCM is prohibited from offering asset management services including the on-boarding of new clients, with respect to activities falling under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA.
