NBFIRA PARTICIPATES AT THE 2017 NOTHERN TRADE FAIR
The Authority as part of stakeholder engagement and consumer education initiatives, participated at the Northern Trade Fair from the 23rd -28th May 2017. The theme for this year was “Business Agility in Botswana : Optimizing Business in 50 years and Beyond”, which encouraged products and services providers as NBFIRA to continue promoting stakeholder awareness.
Participating at the fair opportuned NBFIRA to assess how to best contribute towards financial stability through engaging with different stakeholders, therefore obtaining immediate clients' opinion of financial industry. Close public interaction with consumers also enabled the Authority to identify arising and common complaints concerning financial products and services.
