INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REVIEW OF NBFIRA ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Tenders are invited from experienced companies registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) for the Review of NBFIRA Organisational Structure. (PPADB CODE 315 – SUB CODE 01 and SUB CODE 02)

Tender Documents: Tender documents can be collected from NBFIRA Office, 3rd Floor Exponential Building, Plot 54351 CBD, Off PG Matante Road, Gaborone, starting from 25th March 2019 to 25th April 2019 between 08:00 and 17:00 upon payment of tender documentation and administration fee of P250.00.

Closing Date: Tenders must be hand delivered to the above address not later than 1500 hours on 25th April 2019 being the closing date.

Tender Opening: Tenders received by closing date and time indicated above shall be opened at 1500 hours or immediately afterwards at the NBFIRA Meeting room on 25th April 2019, in the presence of Tenderers wishing to attend.

Tenders received after the above mentioned date and time will not be considered. Furthermore, telephonic, telex, facsimile or electronic mail submissions will also not be considered.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing, NBFIRA is not bound to accept the lowest or highest tender. The Authority reserves the right neither to proceed with the tender nor to give reasons for its decision. The Authority reserves the right to award in full or part of the tender to one or more Tenderers.

The Authority shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Tenderers in the preparation of the proposals.
