INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE EMPANELMENT OF CONSULTANTS FOR APPOINTMENT AS STATUTORY MANAGERS, CURATORS OR OTHER RELATED SERVICES
- BACKGROUND
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) was established in 2008 to regulate and supervise the NBFI sector in order to safeguard the stability, fairness and efficiency of the non-bank financial sector. The Authority’s regulatory portfolio encompasses a wide variety of NBFI industries including Insurance, Pension, Capital Markets, Collective Investment Undertakings (CIUs), Asset Managers, Investment Advisors, Non-Bank Lenders, Medical Aid and others.
The objective of this request for EOI is to identify expertise in various fields that can be engaged for statutory management, curatorship or other related services at any point of need.
- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites eligible professional individuals to express interest and provision of statutory management services, curatorship or any other related services for entities regulated by NBFIRA. The applicants should meet or surpass the following conditions:
- Provide a detailed experience on provision of similar services.
- At least 2 references on similar services with detailed addresses
- Provide a detailed curriculum Vitae for one expert who has lead similar services
- The team should have qualifications in the field of Accounting, Finance, Law, Business or any other similar qualification. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
