PUBLIC NOTICE

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) would like to inform members of the public that it has taken the decision to cancel Himalaya Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a Falcon Insurance Broker’s (“Falcon”) licence.

Please note that the effect of the cancellation is that Falcon is no longer permitted to offer insurance brokerage or any other insurance services to members of the public.

Existing clients of Falcon are advised to deal directly with their insurance companies.  Should you need further information please contact the NBFIRA Insurance Department on 3686100 or 3102595.
