PUBLIC NOTICE

FINCRAFT (PTY) LTD / FINCRAFT PENSION FUND

1.    The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) hereby informs members of the public that it has, in terms of Section 57 of the NBFIRA Act 2016, decided to temporarily close the business of FINCRAFT (PTY) LTD, as an investment/asset manager and FINCRAFT RETIREMENT FUND, as a retirement fund.

2.    Fincraft (Pty) Ltd and Fincraft Retirement Fund are therefore no longer operating lawfully as an investment/asset manager and a retirement fund. Members of the public are advised NOT to carry out any business with them.

3.    Members of the public are hereby advised to refer all queries, complaints and/or claims pertaining to the above-named entities to NBFIRA on 3686156/3686138.
