How to avoid being scammed:
Research the company before you invest: Understand the company’s business, products or services before investing
Know the sales person: find out their credentials (office physical Address).
Ask questions and check out the answers: Investigate the answers that you are given.
Be cautious of unsolicited offers e.g. emails, telephone calls.
Example of a suspicious e-mail: 'Congratulations you have won $1million. To claim your price, please provide your full names, Addresses, Cell number, Bank Account where to transfer the funds e.t.c'. Research the company before you invest:
