BONA LIFE (PTY) LTD - PUBLIC NOTICE

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) would like to inform members of the public that BONA LIFE (PTY) LTD (“BONA LIFE”) has been placed under temporary closure in terms of Section 57 of the NBFIRA Act.

Please note that the effect of the closure is that Bona Life shall not be permitted to issue insurance cover and products to new clients and to advertise its existing products.  Existing members are advised that the temporary closure will not affect their insurance policies and consequent rights and responsibilities.
